Why wont my Riding mower / Tractor drive?
Wont Drive
Top Reasons why your mower will not drive:
- Belt- Your belt might be stretched causing it to slip, seized at the pulley or broken. This is the most common cause.
- Transmission- For hydrostatic transmissions this is not a common occurrence but from either a manufacturing default, or simply the age/use of your mower the transmission can fail. At this point you want to weigh out the cost to replace the transmission or just buy a new mower. If you have a CVT transmission you could have a bad pulley or belt.
